PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST and any other sales tax. Please note that we reserve the right to alter the prices at any time for any reason. (1) All payments must be made by you in full. (2) Payments must be made in the Stripe secure payment gateway facilities accessible via the website and will be subject to any terms and conditions of these providers or by authorising us to charge your credit card account for the total price of the products ordered and the applicable delivery fees at the time the products are dispatched. (3) To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you where a credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner. (4) If there is a problem with your payment (for example, if your credit card transaction is declined), we may contact you to make alternative payment arrangements.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Orders via this Bloom Bouquets website are delivered to Hawke’s Bay destinations only, including Napier, Taradale, Hastings, Clive, Havelock North, Haumoana, Te Awanga and surrounding areas. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to some rural delivery areas including Waipatiki, Tongoio, Waipawa and Waipukurau. If you’d like to check on a delivery address before placing an order, please Contact us.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be:
Hawke’s Bay delivery – NZ$15 flat
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
We aim to ship goods on the day requested. If the item is out of stock, we will advise you via email. Delivery timeframe estimates from our courier partners is between 11am and 5pm weekdays, and between 10am and 5pm Saturdays, however, please note these are estimates only and we will not be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers which are out of our control.
FAULTY GOODS
Please contact us if you believe that the product you have received is faulty. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. No claims shall be considered unless made within 30 days from the date of purchase. The Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply if the products purchased are for business purposes. In no event shall Bloom Bouquets liability exceed the purchase price of the goods that are the subject matter of any claim.
